Clear operating rules

These pages explain how the service is intended to be used and how customer data is handled inside VoxsAgents.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of VoxsAgents, including the website, dashboard, AI voice agents, call logs, booking tools, notifications, billing features, and related services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan, or using the service, you agree to follow these terms. If you use VoxsAgents for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens inside your workspace.

You agree to provide accurate account, organization, billing, and notification information, and to update it when it changes.

You are responsible for configuring business hours, scripts, booking rules, call behavior, and notification recipients before enabling live call handling.

3. AI voice agents and call handling

VoxsAgents provides tools for automated phone answering, call qualification, appointment workflows, transcripts, summaries, and notifications.

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing agent scripts, call outcomes, bookings, summaries, and any business decisions made from them.

You must comply with all laws that apply to your calls, customers, industry, call recording, consent, telemarketing, privacy, accessibility, and emergency handling.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use VoxsAgents to send spam, impersonate others, collect sensitive data without proper authority, violate privacy rights, make unlawful calls, or operate deceptive workflows.

You may not attempt to bypass platform limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service to harm VoxsAgents, customers, callers, or third parties.

5. Plans, billing, and usage

Paid plans, included minutes, usage limits, overage rates, and feature limits are shown in the product or checkout flow and may be updated from time to time.

You authorize VoxsAgents and its payment providers to charge applicable subscription fees, usage fees, taxes, and overages based on your plan and actual service usage.

Unless required by law or stated separately in writing, payments are non-refundable after the service period or usage has started.

6. Data, integrations, and third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for voice infrastructure, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, payments, hosting, and other operational services.

You are responsible for the data you submit, import, transmit, or generate through VoxsAgents, including caller data, transcripts, summaries, organization settings, and appointment details.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, availability limits, and fees.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, maintenance, product improvement, or business reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VoxsAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed calls, booking errors, or business interruption.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, except where a separate written agreement says otherwise.
